## About

Beyond-Sports was founded by Collin Johnson, a 6-year NFL veteran and Harvard Business School alumnus. We partner with world-class institutions to deliver programs that equip athletes with the tools, frameworks, and mentorship needed to launch businesses and build long-term success beyond sports.

### Founders Academy
- Exclusive program for professional athletes
- 4-day intensive, in-person experience in Cambridge, MA
- Limited to 10 athletes per cohort
- Athletes work alongside experienced industry mentors
- Focus: turning ideas into real ventures, developing business models, building clarity
- Beyond-Sports does not take equity in participant ventures

### Case Academy
- Live, case-based learning experience in partnership with professional sports unions and Harvard faculty
- Uses the Harvard Case Method to develop strategic thinking and executive decision-making
- Curated cohorts of professional athlete peers
- Learn from leading business school faculty through structured executive frameworks
